My order was not confirmed but the money was debited from my account. What do I do?
In case of Transaction Failure, kindly send us an email on [email protected].
If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account by the merchant banker within 10 business days. In case the Money is received by us without any order being booked, we will initiate the refund process, the refund takes around 5 working days.

How long does the Order Delivery take?
We carry out the Shipping within 48 Hours of the order placement, the physical delivery is done within 3-5 days of the Order Placement.

What should I Do if I miss my delivery?
We are aware that the recipient can’t be present at the delivery address all the time, hence we will try to attempt delivering your order twice. So, if you have missed the delivery please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again. The delivery agent will call you too, to facilitate the delivery -.
I have a missing product in the Shipment received/ Received a tampered packaging shipment What should I do?
In a rare event if you find a tampered packaging or a missing product in your shipment, please click pictures of the packaging and share with us over mail. We’ll take up the matter with our logistics partner
Can I check the product before accepting the delivery?
No,we do not offer open delivery, hence you can not check the product before accepting it. However, in case you do not like the product, you always can return the product back as per our return policy under 15 days of the delivery

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn and undamaged items. However, kindly ensure that the Price Tags, Brand Tags and other materials are intact.
Can I return the product to the delivery person in case I don’t like it?
No, the logistics arrangement for delivery and return are distinct. Hence in case you wish to return the product, please initiate a return as per our return procedure

Your refund process depends on the mode of payment for your order.
Online payment via credit/debit card, net banking or UPI will be refunded directly to the source. Refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 days of receipt of the returned product to our warehouse.

Can I return an altered item?
We do not accept returns for any items of clothing that have been altered.
Can I exchange my order for a smaller or a bigger size?
You can exchange any unused and unaltered products within 15 days of delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is shipped, changes will not be possible.
