Cancellation & Refund Policy
We, at Cottonking do our best to make sure our product quality and customer service is at the best it could possibly be. We do, however understand that some customers may want to return or exchange the product after receiving them due to a number of different reasons. No refund requests will be entertained for products damaged by the customer. However, products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
Note: Orders for all locations non-serviceable by private courier partners will be delivered via SpeedPost.
Cancellation Policy
There are cases where customers have placed an order by mistake or have changed their mind and would like to cancel their purchase/order. If this is the case, you can send us an e-mail at info@cottonking.com.
We will not be able to cancel an order after it has shipped from our warehouse.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address
- After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
- Package refused by recipient.
- In case of minor design and colour variations. There will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.
